I recently installed TOSTEM windows and overall I am quite satisfied with the quality and finish of the product. The build feels premium, the design is sleek, and the installation process was generally smooth. There was a small hiccup during the installation process; however, it was handled satisfactorily. I understand that such work often depends on timing and conditions, and the team ensured things were completed properly once the right time was available. I would especially like to appreciate the support provided by Mr. Rajdeep Das, the sales executive. He was professional, responsive, and guided me well throughout the selection and purchasing process. His approach made the entire experience much easier and more comfortable. The reason for giving 4 out of 5 is that there is still slight room for improvement, possibly in delivery timelines or minor finishing details.
